Who are the Gold Country Woodcrafters?
The Gold Country Woodcrafters (GCW) is a woodworking club that provides a venue for woodworking hobbyists, craftsman and enthusiasts of all levels and disciplines (beginners to advanced) to get together and share in the woodcrafting experience. We serve the area east of Sacramento, California. We meet in Cameron Park, CA. —

About our members
Our members come from a wide range of backgrounds. Woodworking experience and expertise of members range from beginner through seasoned. Our member’s common thread is their interest in woodworking as a hobby. The types of projects they create vary widely. At our club we call our woodworking efforts woodcrafting.

How much are the dues?
$25 annually (first visit free). The club year begins in January. Join anytime at a meeting or contact us. Please see the contact section.
GCW Meetings
Check out the GCW meeting calendar. Meetings generally last 1.5 hours and feature members showing their projects with some meeting also featuring woodworking related presentations. In addition, each meeting features a raffle for woodworking related items.
When and where does the GCW club meet?
The club meets the second Monday of each month at 7PM unless otherwise notified. Meetings generally last about 1.5 hours. Drop-ins are welcome! Our meeting venue is at the Foothills Church Auditorium, 2380 Merrychase DR. Cameron Park, Ca. See map below. “No endorsement of the club by the Foothills Church is implied”.
